PaleoNonPaleo is a blog set up with the intention of chronicling the life of paleos who live in a non-paleo world and supporting them in that quest. PaleoNonPaleo started in 2012 and since then has seen growth from just a handful of readers (i.e. none) through to hundreds of visitors a day.

I write no reviews, I do no giveaways, and I run no contests. I do not accept solicitations so please don’t ask to avoid offense.
Also just a word about my exercise of choice, T-Tapp: I am not a T-Tapp trainer, just a T-Tapper who has been at this for over 7 years, lost 25 pounds and maintains the size and weight of her twenties (that’s a loooooong time ago.) . The comments in this blog are my own thoughts based on my own experience and do not necessarily reflect the views of T-Tapp, Inc. I designed this blog partly to promote T-Tapp because I love it, have benefited enormously from it and believe other people could too.
